## Tasting notes

Appearance: delicate, bright rosé, with fine, persistent perlage. Nose: exquisite aromatic complexity, hints of raspberry and wild strawberry, with limestone and yeasty notes. Palate: splendid freshness and aromatic complexity, sapidity enriched by forest berries, goji berries and spicy tones typical of Pinot Nero, with a rich, creamy perlage.
