## Tasting notes

Colour: very intense ruby red with slightly orange nuances. Bouquet: intense, persistent and fine, with fruity, mineral, vegetable and spicy hints of slightly macerated cherry and ripe plum, balsamic notes, graphite, dried fruit, ground white pepper and wood. Taste: dry, fresh, savoury, warm, slightly astringent, full but lean, persistent, with a bitter aftertaste; the fruity, mineral, vegetable and spicy notes return in the finish.
