## Tasting notes

Straw-yellow colour. Intense, elegant bouquet of white flowers and fresh fruit, with notes of pear, hawthorn and acacia. Pleasantly fresh on the palate, with a long finish rich in aromas and a characteristic almond aftertaste. 13% vol.

## Food pairings

Excellent as an aperitif; perfect with starters, white meat and vegetarian dishes. A great match for oysters and shellfish.
