## Summary

Single-vineyard Roero Arneis from Canale, partly matured in small French oak barrels, sold under a black label.

## Tasting notes

Intense yellow colour. Intense bouquet of exotic fruit, mandarin peel and vanilla. Rich and velvety on the palate, with long persistence and an aftertaste that recalls the bouquet.

## Food pairings

Excellent as an aperitif; perfect with salmon, pasta and white meat, and with fresh, soft cheeses.
