## Summary

Pelaverga from new vineyards planted at Pagno in the Val Bronda in 1990, when Ernesto Casetta set out to win DOC status for the variety.

## Tasting notes

Soft, brilliant red colour. Delicate bouquet recalling redcurrant and raspberry. Fresh and fruity on the palate, with a light spicy aftertaste. A wine of modest alcohol, pleasant even to the most delicate palates.

Its delicacy makes it perfect with every kind of cuisine, especially vegetarian dishes, white meat and pasta. Ideal with fish dishes.
