Before bottling, a part of unfermented sweet wine is added in the autoclave, starting a light second fermentation that gives the wine its typical bubbles.

## Tasting notes

Deep ruby red with moderate liveliness, dense fruity aromas of wild berries dominated by raspberry. Dry on the palate with a pleasant acidic edge and a faint bitter aftertaste, an easy-drinking wine with distinct character.

Starters, simpler first courses and cured meats; also pairs well with light white meat dishes.
