## Summary

Le More is Cascina Gilli's everyday Barbera d'Asti DOCG, made from grapes grown on the Schierano hills and aged entirely in steel for an intense, fruit-forward, easy-drinking style.

## Tasting notes

Ruby red, evolving to garnet reflections after the first year. Intense, deep and vinous perfume with blackberry to the fore, plus sour cherry, violet and a herbal, balsamic note. Juicy and clean on the palate, smooth and a little sapid, with a well-balanced acidity and body.

## Food pairings

Hearty first courses, flavourful white meats, red meats and aged, non-veined cheeses.
