## Tasting notes

Bright pale straw yellow with slight greenish reflections and a fine, persistent mousse. Intense, clean nose of citrus, white flowers (acacia and linden), peach, honey and caramel. Full and balanced, sweet but fragrant thanks to marked acidity, with a pleasantly bitter aftertaste.
