## Tasting notes

Bright yellow with golden reflections and an intense mousse with fine, persistent bubbles. Clean, broad nose of bread crust, yeast and dried fruit, with some floral and fruity notes. Full, rich and savoury on the palate, with good acidity and creaminess, and a long, intense, aromatic finish.
