## Tasting notes

From the 'Monferace' project: as in the days of the House of Savoy, at the origins of Grignolino, the wine is aged long in wood, 3 years in oak tonneaux and one year in bottle. The wood softens the tannins, rounding the wine; notes of rose hip and star anise evolve into more complex orange peel, peach jam and enamel-like notes. Ruby red with orange reflections.
