## Summary

Langhe DOC Pinot Nero from a cool, north-east facing vineyard planted in 2017, delicate and elegant in style.

## Tasting notes

Transparent ruby red with garnet nuances at the rim. The nose opens with an enveloping fragrance of ripe red fruit, such as cherry and strawberry, accompanied by light floral notes of rose and violet, underscored by a subtle touch of sweet spice and a light earthy note. On the palate it shows a delicate structure with finely integrated tannins; the fruity taste persists, with a pleasant acidity adding freshness and vivacity.

## Food pairings

Pairs well with light dishes such as mushroom risotto, white meats or poultry; its elegance also suits medium-aged cheeses.
