## Summary

Langhe DOC Nascetta fermented and aged in amphora, an intense, honeyed white named Cecilia.

## Tasting notes

Intense golden yellow colour. Deep and vertical on the nose, with aromas of honey and acacia flowers building into an enveloping, balanced bouquet. On the palate it shows decisiveness and character, with a long, persistent finish of walnut and almond. Interesting evolution over the 3-4 years after harvest.

## Food pairings

The palate is straightforward and full of character, with very few tannins and plenty of sweetness and roundness. Wonderful with aged cheeses, fish and white meats, and pairs well with artichokes and asparagus.
