Fermented in steel for about two weeks with 40-45 days of maceration. Aged 16 months in barrels (part new, part used), where malolactic fermentation takes place, before blending in steel. Bottled in August and released a year later, three years after harvest.

Delicate ruby red. Rich, immediate bouquet of violets, raspberries and blackberries with elegant spice. Rich and structured on the palate, with a crescendo of violet and cocoa leading to powerful, austere tannins and a persistent finish.
