## Tasting notes

Pale pink, tending to powdery and onion skin. Very fine, persistent perlage, with a bouquet recalling raspberry and bread crust. Dry and persistent on the palate, with fresh, pleasant savouriness.

As an aperitivo, and with raw and marinated fish, raw veal and shellfish.
