## Summary

An ancient Piemonte variety known since Roman times, made in the classic sweet, lightly sparkling Moscato d'Asti style.

## Tasting notes

Brilliant pale straw yellow with delicate greenish reflections. Delicate white foam resolving into a very fine, persistent perlage. Aromatic, floral and fruity bouquet. Pleasantly sweet and fresh, with moderate alcohol and balanced acidity, soft and rich in the musky character of the Moscato grape, with very long aromatic persistence. Alcohol 5.5% vol.

## Food pairings

A dessert wine, ideal with baked sweets, fresh pastry, filled cakes, fruit tarts and soft spoon desserts; also good for conversation.
