## Tasting notes

Straw yellow with greenish shades. Floral bouquet with scents of white and yellow flowers and fresh fruit such as peach, melon and papaya. Sapid on the palate with pronounced minerality.

Excellent as an aperitif and with fish starters, grain and vegetable soups, fish main courses. Also good with fresh cheese.
