## Summary

Ghemme DOCG Riserva, 100% Nebbiolo aged 36 months in French oak and at least 24 months in bottle, about 14% ABV. The 2015 vintage produced about 2,700 bottles plus 180 magnums.

## Tasting notes

Deep, very intense garnet red fading at the rim. Very intense aromas of jam, tobacco, liquorice, violet and medicinal herbs, with a distinct mineral vein. Full bodied with great drinkability, firm tannin, freshness and great length.

Red meat dishes, Piedmontese mixed fry (fritto misto), and aged or blue veined cheeses.
