- **Vinification:** Macerated on the skins for about 24 hours, then pressed with about 90 minutes of skin contact to reach the pink colour; the must is then drawn off and fermented at about 15°C; no malolactic fermentation; bottled in February 2025 after 5 months in stainless steel.

## Tasting notes

Pale pink. Aromas of strawberry, raspberry, pear and violet. Fresh and balanced on the palate, mineral, persistent, with a delicate red fruit aftertaste.
