## Tasting notes

Light yellow with greenish shades, with a persistent and elegant perlage of very small bubbles. Lightly floral bouquet with a persistent note of bread crust, yeast and hazelnut. Rich and round on the palate, with fresh flowers and bread crust, and a pleasant hint of minerality and sapidity.
