## Summary

A lean, ready-to-drink Ruchè made from the estate's southern vineyard, 13.5% abv, made separately to show that hill.

## Tasting notes

Great harmony and balance with a refined, mysterious aromatic vein. Notes of violet and rose, hay and vanilla; warm-bodied on the palate with long aromatic persistence. Can be drunk young or aged.

## Food pairings

Game such as venison, wild boar and hare, or farmyard birds braised in the same wine; good as an aperitif; also with a shortcrust tart without cream.
