## Tasting notes

Dense, almost impenetrable garnet. Black fruit, then tobacco, coffee and cinchona woven with the balsamic quality of mountain woods. Fresh, refined and lush on the palate, balancing drinkability and succulence.

Hot starters such as fonduta and bagna cauda, meatballs in sauce, baked lasagne, agnolotti or pappardelle with ragu, stews, rabbit in civet, liver alla veneziana and mountain tomes.
