## Tasting notes

Bright yellow with fine greenish edges. Citrus notes with touches of spring flowers and alpine herbs on the nose. Fresh and savoury on the palate, with subtle toasty hints.

## Food pairings

Aperitif with buffalo mozzarella, braids and burrata. Good with herb omelettes and savoury pies, cereal soups and green lasagne. Also with crisp breaded veal cutlets, farinata and focaccia.
