## Tasting notes

True ruby red. Winey aromas recalling cherry in every form, from fresh to jam, and freshly cut cherry wood. Freshness and easy drinkability on the palate.

A snack wine with bread, salami and toma. Good with osteria-style first courses, agnolotti in roast gravy, pork ribs, cotechino and grilled sausage.
