## Summary

An entirely Piedmontese specialty, Chinato is wine further infused with herbs, roots and spices, chiefly China Calissaia bark. Balbiano starts from its Freisa di Chieri Superiore "Vigna Villa della Regina" and sweetens it with an extract of cherries from the Slow Food Presidium of Pecetto.

An explosion of spices, with a light sweet nuance from an infusion of cherries that softens the bitter flavour, making it balanced.
