## Summary

Moscato d'Asti from white Moscato, which the producer ranks after Barbera among its wines. Moscato 100%, 5% vol.

## Tasting notes

Sweet, lively aromatic wine of straw yellow, with delicate aromatic herbs, oregano and thyme, lit up by sage, gooseberry and lychee. Sweet without being cloying; linden, wisteria, lemon and orange on the palate, decided and satisfying, of moderate alcohol.

## Food pairings

With dessert, dry pastries and hazelnut cake; for something different, savoury spiced Thai and Indian dishes, figs and melon.
