## Summary

Organic Nizza DOCG from San Marzano Oliveto, made with certified organic enological products and limited sulphites. Barbera 100%, 15% vol.

## Tasting notes

Deep, almost impenetrable ruby red with intense violet reflections. Fresh, intensely fruity bouquet of ripe red fruit with spicy hints of liquorice and vanilla; the wood does not mask its character. Warm and energetic on the palate with ripe cherry and wild berries, and a long, persistent finish.

## Food pairings

Characterful second courses such as mixed boiled meats of Piedmontese beef and game; also important first courses. Try with stuffed oxtail and glazed shallots.
