## Tasting notes

The "Bianca Terra", from Chardonnay grapes, has great structure and aromatic intensity. The hints of bread crust are unmistakable, but floral and fruity aromas, typical of the grape variety, are not lacking. Re-fermentation in the bottle creates great sparkling wines, obtained from the most renowned international varieties that best interpret aging on the lees, giving rise to intense aromas, accompanied by a full and elegant taste at the same time.
