- **Vinification:** Destemmed and crushed, fermented 8-10 days with repeated pump-overs, racked, then malolactic fermentation and tartaric stabilisation in steel. Aged 12 months in oak barriques plus a further 6-8 months in bottle.
- **Serving temperature:** 16-18°C; uncork at least an hour before serving and decant into large glasses for aged reds

## Tasting notes

Intense ruby red with violet tones. Intense, very long-lasting bouquet with delicate spiced notes and hints of raspberry, violet and vanilla. Robust, warm palate with sweet tannins and light tinges of cocoa and vanilla.
