## Summary

A metodo classico Pinot Nero and Chardonnay blend from vineyards between Strevi and Castino, aged a minimum of three years on the lees under the Alta Langa DOCG.

## Tasting notes

Straw yellow with golden highlights, with a fine, long-lasting perlage. Opens on classic bread-crust and flinty mineral notes, then reveals ripe yellow fruit with hints of redcurrant and a floral wisteria note, plus lightly toasted hazelnut. Crisp, sapid, structured, fresh palate with barely perceptible firmness.

## Food pairings

Recommended paired against type with second courses, preferably raw meats; also good with intensely flavoured vegetable dishes.
