- **Vinification:** Selected Arneis is gently pressed and the free-run juice ferments in steel at controlled temperature with selected yeasts. Ageing 4 to 5 months in steel at low temperature, then cold stabilisation and bottling. Low total sulphites.

## Tasting notes

Still, bright pale straw yellow with delicate notes of hawthorn, acacia, apple and sweet almond. Elegant and soft, with good freshness and savouriness, a long finish and balsamic hints.
