## Summary

A Vino Rosso blend of 60% Barbera and 40% Dolcetto from Castelletto d'Orba and Ovada, 13.5% ABV.

## Tasting notes

Still, intense ruby red with violet reflections; fruity and floral notes of plum, blueberry and geranium flower. Intense and fine, fresh and rightly tannic, with good balance and marked persistence.

## Food pairings

The whole meal with typical Piedmontese dishes: red meat first and second courses, grilled meats, ragu, strong-flavoured cured meats, medium-aged and aged cheeses. Anchovies in green sauce.
