- **Vinification:** Selected Cortese grapes are picked at proper ripeness, gently pressed and the free-run juice is fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperature with selected yeasts. Low total sulphites.

## Tasting notes

Still, pale straw yellow with delicate floral and fruity notes of linden and peach. Subtle and elegant on the palate, crisp and zesty, with a balanced, lingering finish.

Aperitifs and brunch; first and second courses of fish and vegetables, poultry or pork, delicate cured meats (lardo, sweet ham, cooked salami), fresh or semi-ripe soft and stretched-curd cheeses. Recco-style focaccia.
