A Timorasso from Berzano di Tortona and Volpeglino, 100% Derthona, 14% ABV, fermented and rested on lees in steel for about 10 months.

## Tasting notes

Still, intense yellow with greenish highlights; fine floral and fruity nose of acacia flower, peach and pear. Well balanced and persistent, fresh and savoury with good acidity. After 2 to 3 years in bottle, mineral notes become more marked.
