Gavi del Comune di Gavi from white marl soils at 290 to 300 m. About 14,000 bottles a year; first vintage 2006.

## Tasting notes

Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections. Peach, banana, pear and a hydrocarbon note on the nose, fine and persistent. Fresh, structured and soft on the palate, with a faint almond close.

## Food pairings

Starters, soups and light first courses, fish, white and red meat, fresh, aged and spiced cheeses, thanks to its structure.
