## Summary

Gavi DOCG from older vines on red alluvial clay, held at least 8 months on the lees. About 11,000 bottles a year; first vintage 2006.

## Tasting notes

Intense straw yellow. The nose opens on buttery notes, then pear, peach, mandarin and flint, delicate yet very intense. Fresh, powerful, long and persistent on the palate.

## Food pairings

Starters, soups and light first courses, white and red meats, fish, fresh and medium-aged cheeses.
