## Summary

The estate's flagship Barbaresco, a classic Nebbiolo from old Treiso vines, aged in large Slavonian oak. It drinks well now and rewards a few years in the cellar.

## Tasting notes

Ruby red with violet hues in its youth, purplish red tilting to garnet at the edges in the 2022. Ethereal and intense, with fruity and floral aromas: cherry jam, tar, rose petals and subtle herbal undertones. Full-bodied and well structured, with fine tannins and lively acidity.

## Food pairings

Anything off the grill, cream-sauced pasta (especially with mushrooms), green pea risotto.
