Canavese rosato aimed at freshness, drinkability and balance rather than concentration, 12.5 to 13% alcohol, about 10,000 bottles a year.

## Tasting notes

Pale chiaretto pink. Fine, fruity nose of young strawberry, medicinal herbs and eucalyptus. Fresh, fruity and fairly intense on the palate, with minty notes on the finish.
