## Summary

Dry, still Nebbiolo Riserva (white label) from Carema, aged three years. Alcohol 12.5 to 13.5%. Grappolo d'Oro diploma 2019.

## Tasting notes

Garnet red with slight orange reflections. Light notes of fruit in spirit and dried flowers, plenty of sweet spice, cinnamon, liquorice root and cocoa. Very soft on the palate, harmonious and balanced, with very sweet tannins.
