## Summary

Dry, still Nebbiolo from the commune of Carema, the black-label wine of the cooperative, aged two years with at least 12 months in large oak casks. Alcohol 12 to 12.5%.

## Tasting notes

Ruby red of medium intensity with garnet reflections. Spicy notes of cinnamon and nutmeg, and fruit in spirit. Soft palate with good tannin structure, acidity well integrated with the sweet notes of wood ageing; intense finish with a return of spice.

## Food pairings

Tasty dishes, agnolotti, risotto and polenta concia, rolled roasts, pheasant and grilled meats; medium-aged cured meats and cheeses.
