## Tasting notes

Colour ranging from ruby to garnet depending on maturity. Ethereal, spiced nose with hints of fruit preserved in spirit. Firm attack giving way to pleasant tannin and an acidic finish.

Versatile at the table, from delicate risottos to more elaborate beef, pork or chicken dishes; also good with aged and blue-veined cheeses.
