## Summary

A Barolo DOCG made from 100% Nebbiolo grown across the eleven Barolo communes, aged two years in large Slavonian oak casks and barriques.

## Tasting notes

Deep, intense garnet colour. Aromas of red fruit and violet, rose, cocoa, chocolate and toasted coffee. On the palate the fruit returns, leaning toward cherries preserved in spirit, sometimes with a hint of toast.

## Food pairings

Rich, elaborate meat dishes, truffle-scented dishes such as tajarin, and braised meat. Also good with dry pastries at the end of a meal or on its own as a meditation wine.
