## Summary

The Mito line's Barolo DOCG, sourced from MGA vineyards across La Morra, Monforte d'Alba and Novello and aged at least 18 months in oak.

## Tasting notes

Deep garnet colour with intense rose and violet aromas. Cherry preserved in spirit and toasted notes on the palate. Spice (cinnamon, pepper, nutmeg, liquorice) and balsamic notes come through especially in some MGA crus.

## Food pairings

Structured, refined dishes: truffle-based dishes such as tajarin, braised meat, or on its own as a meditation wine, with dry pastries.
