Deep ruby red. Fruity and spiced on the nose, recalling cloves, red fruit and plums. Full and velvety on the palate with cherry notes and a long, persistent finish.

## Food pairings

Agnolotti al plin, tajarin with truffle, and braised meats; good with aged cheeses and hearty first courses with meat and truffle.
