MonteRidolfo is a still, dry red made from 100% Brachetto d'Acqui, an unusual reinterpretation of the traditionally sweet, sparkling variety.

## Tasting notes

Light ruby red. Intensely aromatic, with notes of rose, strawberry and raspberry; the producer also describes faded rose petals and geranium flowers on the nose. Dry and aromatic on the palate with a light tannic note on the finish and good persistence.
