Brut Erbaluce sparkling wine by the Martinotti method, 6 months in autoclave, 12 to 12.5% alcohol, about 30,000 bottles a year.

## Tasting notes

Brilliant straw yellow. Fresh, with white flowers such as elderflower and chamomile, pear, banana, bread crust and white peach. A great balance between the freshness and savouriness of Erbaluce and the softness of the style.
