## Tasting notes

An elegant, full-bodied Barolo with a garnet red colour recalling summer sunsets, intense aromas of fresh fruit and spice with occasional notes of white truffle, and a long, smooth, balanced palate.

## Food pairings

Roasts, flavourful cheeses, game dishes, stews and grilled meats, as well as savoury appetizers and richly dressed first courses.
