## Summary

Ravera is one of Cagliero's two Barolo DOCG crus, from over 2.5 hectares spanning the Ravera cru in both Barolo and Novello, vinified separately from the estate's Terlo cru.

## Tasting notes

An elegant, full-bodied Barolo with a garnet red colour recalling summer sunsets, intense aromas of fresh fruit and spice with occasional notes of white truffle, and a long, smooth, balanced palate; well suited to ageing.

## Food pairings

Roasts, flavourful cheeses, game dishes, stews and grilled meats, as well as savoury appetizers and richly dressed first courses.
