## Summary

Canebbio is Cagliero's Langhe Nebbiolo DOC from a 0.8-hectare vineyard in Barolo, lightened with a small addition of Barbera and given a long, traditional ageing in oak.

## Tasting notes

Intense ruby red tending to garnet, full-bodied and well balanced with a scent of roses and violets and a long, harmonious, slightly bitter finish.

## Food pairings

Red meat, game, roasts, braises and grilled meat, as well as cheese dishes; particularly enjoyed in autumn and winter.
