## Summary

Langhe Chardonnay launched in 2021 for the estate's thirtieth anniversary, after years of study on whites by Giuseppe Caviola; dedicated to his daughter Sofia.

## Tasting notes

Bright, vivid straw colour. Seductive nose of citron, linden and lime with broom flowers, a hint of melted butter and flint. Decisive on the palate, balanced between acidity and volume. Satisfying, refined, persistent finish.
