Fermentation continues at controlled temperatures between 16/18C until 5% ABV. Once bottled, the wine is placed for 60 months in cases filled with sand, in the dark, at controlled humidity and isolation.

## Summary

Moscato d'Asti DOCG from Moscato Bianco vines up to 70 years old in the Valdivilla vineyard, bottled and matured for 60 months in cases of sand before release.

## Tasting notes

Straw-yellow with golden hues, broad and enveloping bouquet of citrus, mint, sage and acacia honey, sweetness balanced by acidity and a light effervescence, a finish that grows more complex over time.
